Why EcoAGN Gives 50% of Net Sales Revenue to Marevivo

EcoAGN was created with the idea that a brand built around the sea should give something back to it. That is why 50% of EcoAGN's net sales revenue is dedicated to Marevivo and marine-protection initiatives.

Why Marevivo?

Marevivo represents a direct connection to the environments that inspire EcoAGN: the sea, beaches and coastal landscapes where many honeymoons, anniversaries and summer memories take place.

Why connect a purchase to marine protection?

EcoAGN is designed around emotionally important journeys. The aim is for the product to preserve a memory for the couple while also supporting protection of the environment where many of those memories are created.

What exactly is the commitment?

50% of EcoAGN's net sales revenue is dedicated to Marevivo and marine-protection initiatives. This is the wording that should be used when describing the brand's current commitment.

Is sustainability only about donations?

No. EcoAGN's active swimwear also uses rPET — recycled polyester made from recycled plastic. The collection highlights GRS recycled-content certification and OEKO-TEX Standard 100.

Does rPET automatically mean ocean plastic?

No. rPET means recycled PET feedstock. It should not automatically be described as ocean plastic unless the specific material documentation confirms that origin.

How does this connect to the brand story?

EcoAGN was born in Italy in 2023 around a personal idea linked to Alessandro, Giada and Nicolò — the AGN in the brand name. The same principle of meaning and responsibility carries into the impact model: celebrate important memories, use recycled material and support marine protection.
