At EcoAGN Swimwear, your satisfaction is our priority. That’s why we offer a flexible, no-time-limit return policy.
How it works
Return eligibility
You can return any item at any time as long as it is:

unused and unworn,

in its original condition,

with tags and original packaging.
Shipping costs
The only cost to you is return shipping to our headquarters. Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll issue a full refund.

Damaged or incorrect items
Please check your order upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us right away so we can make it right.
Exchanges
To exchange an item, simply return the original and place a new order after the return is accepted.
EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery, for any reason. The item must be in its original condition, unused, with tags and packaging intact. Proof of purchase is required.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
