The Production Process: From Design to Delivery
Our swimwear production process begins with your order. Each piece is made specifically for you, ensuring that we minimize waste and produce only what is needed. Here’s a closer look at how we bring your swimwear to life:
1. Design Printing and Fabrication
Once you place an order, your chosen design is printed onto high-quality fabric using state-of-the-art sublimation technology. We use Mimaki Dye Sublimation Ink Sb411, Sawgrass SubliJet HD ink, and MYSUBLI-E Sublimation Transfer Ink for this process. These inks are Oeko-Tex™ certified, ensuring that they are safe for both you and the environment. The sublimation process guarantees vibrant colors and precise detailing, and, importantly, our designs don’t suffer from white streaks or fading.
After printing, the fabric is carefully cut and hand-sewn into the final product. This attention to detail ensures that every piece of swimwear meets our high standards for quality and durability, providing you with a product that not only looks great but also lasts.
2. Sustainable Packaging
At Eco AGN Swimwear, we are committed to reducing plastic waste. That’s why we package all products in post-consumer recycled (PCR) plastic mailers. These mailers are made from everyday recycled items like plastic bags and bottles, giving new life to materials that would otherwise contribute to landfill waste. For multi-item orders, each product is placed in its own separate transparent polymer bag before being grouped in a larger PCR mailer.
The amount of PCR in our packaging varies depending on the location of our fulfillment centers, but it’s at least 50% for the outer poly mailer bags and at least 30% for the inner bags. Additionally, in our North American facilities, we are transitioning to 90%–100% PCR plastic packaging for all apparel products. In Australia, we use compostable eco-mailers for all apparel orders, which include instructions for proper composting.
3. Strategic Fulfillment and Reduced Carbon Footprint
Sustainability is not just about the materials we use—it’s also about how we deliver your order. Approximately 81% of our orders are delivered within the same region they’re fulfilled in. By having strategically located fulfillment centers close to our customers, we reduce shipping distances, resulting in lower CO₂ emissions and faster delivery times.
Our advanced routing algorithm ensures that your order is fulfilled at the closest center to your location 99% of the time. In the rare case that an item is unavailable at the nearest center, the algorithm will route your order to another location. This system not only improves efficiency but also aligns with our commitment to reducing our environmental impact.
Fulfillment and Delivery: What to Expect

Fulfillment Time: The time it takes to produce your ordered swimwear is typically between 2–5 business days. We’re proud to say that 97.66% of our orders are shipped within 5 business days, and more than 50% of orders are shipped within 3 business days or fewer.

Shipping Time: Fulfillment time does not include shipping time. To estimate when your order will arrive, combine the fulfillment time with the estimated shipping time based on your location.

Packaging: Your order will arrive in sustainable packaging that reflects our commitment to the environment. If you’re in Australia, your order will come in compostable eco-mailers, while orders fulfilled in North America will be packaged in high-content PCR plastic mailers.
